Such a glimpse into the life of Danny Gokey. The beginning of this story starts with a smooth recap of his life has a teen and quickly moves into his marriage. His story is so relatable to my life with my family, reading his story brought back a lot of memories of our struggles, and man, what a blessing it is not to be where we were, but looking into where we are going, and how much we have accomplished.
He paints a picture of how grief can consume you, sometimes we just have to learn to let go of things that we find hard to do. His words, passion, really comes through in his words of how he remembers his memories from American Idol, to his marriage and beyond. His strength is something that I will forever remember.
